Haven't blogged in forever, been doing a lot things and clearing my head all at the same time. Winter break was poppin' but I'm use relaxin' as a better word. For the most part I just needed a break from classes and the craziness that college brings as a whole (Taking 18 credits is exhausting.) So I'm coolin' it with 12 credits for the spring semester. But over break I learned how to cook some more! Please believe I am a KILLER when it comes to making fried chicken, Lol, tryna learn BBQ Ribs next. Cooking takes a whole lotta time, energy and PASSION (I really still don't know how my mother does it every night). But when it's all finished and you can just stare at it like "I made that!" Its all worth it.

My Masterpiece
On another note, I cut my hair.
I needed a change something new and totally left field so I cut it. But it wasn't just like I woke up one morning ran to the nearest barbershop and just chopped it off. HELL NO!!!! This has been a well thought out plan since last year. I've been growing my hair since 8th grade and now I'm a junior in college so like I said before I needed a change. I got tired of going home every two weeks to get my hair braided and a shape-up, just to do it again two weeks later.
So the plan was wait till winter break and try twist just too see if I would have the patience to get dreads and if not I'm cuttin it into a low fro so I can just put gel in it which curls my hair. So half way into winter break I tried those twist and HATE EM. I felt as tho I looked like Lil Wayne when he had just started growing his hair. it wasn't a good look at all, but at least I could say I tried it. To me thats the most important thing in Life, being able to try new things and live it to the fullest.
But yea so I hated my twist, I took them out same week I got them then went to the barbershop and got my hair cut down. To be honest its a whole lot more refreshing and simple.
Thank God for Change.
